Their experience could enhance their sensitivity to feel Mother Nature, to respect another human disregarding the race, religion or the culture and to feel the moments of here and now
TOUR ITINERARY
Day 01 – Bandaranaike International Airport – Kandy
Arrive in Sri Lanka and you will be welcomed by the representatives of Asian Escapes and transfer to Kandy. Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage enroute. Witness the river bath of Elephants and the bottle feeding of milk to the baby elephants and proceed to Kandy.
Check in at your hotel. In the evening you will be taken on a city tour including a visit to most venerable Temple of Sacred tooth relic and a cultural show.
Back at your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02-Kandy- Nuwara eliya
Leave for Nuwara Eliya after breakfast. Today’s drive will enable you to capture the fascinating views of misty mountains, scenic landscapes, tea estates and waterfalls.
Visit a Tea Factory enroute to witness the process of making world renowned Ceylon Tea. Check in at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya and you are free to enjoy the scenic beauty of the town in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 03-Nuwara eliya-Belihuloya
After enjoying your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Belihuloya a Village in Sabaragamuwa Province in the south western part of the central hill lands.
You will have your lunch once you arrive there in Belihuloya and drive to your campsite in the banks of the Samanalawewa Reservoir. As soon as you arrive at the campsite, you will have to erect your tent with the support of the camp staff.
Before the dinner you will be briefed about the following day’s programme. Dinner and overnight stay at your campsite in Belihuloya.
Day 04-Belihuloya
After an early breakfast, you will start your day which is going to be an adventurous and educative. Please see the detailed Training programme given at the end of the itinerary.
Feedback and reflection session around the campfire in the evening.
Enjoy a hearty BBQ dinner and overnight stay at your campsite.
Day 05-Belihuloya
Breakfast at the campsite. Visit a local village school / Sunday school after the breakfast.
The students will be able to interact with the local people, experience their cultural values, enjoy some of their entertainment acts etc… at their school/ Sunday school. If the students are keen on helping them, they are free donate something for the well-being of the School/ Sunday school. Back at the campsite for lunch.
In the evening the students will be taken to Samanalawewa Reservoir for a Canoe Ride/ Race.
Dinner and overnight stay at your campsite in Belihuloya.
Day 06 –Belihuloya-Colombo
After your breakfast at the campsite, leave for Colombo. Check in at your hotel upon your arrival at Colombo.
In the evening you will be able to go for a City Tour in Colombo covering the important landmarks in Colombo. Back at the Hotel in the evening for dinner. Get ready to your departure on the following day with a lot of experiences gathered.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Colombo.
Day 07-Colombo-Departure
After breakfast & transfer to the Bandaranayke International Airport for the flight back depending your flight schedule.

Activity 2 – Gulliver’s Walk
The participants will have to complete the task with the given set of resources. Team work is crucial and the participants are required to think out of the box

Activity 3 – Till the end do us part
Teams will move “attached” to each other as a human chain through various obstacles. You are not supposed to let go of your partner till you complete the task. Team members need to be absolutely aware of your colleagues’ strengths and weaknesses to complete the activity and win the game. |

Activity 4 – Water Monitors
The team is divided into groups and will create rafting vessels on their own, competing against each other in order to cross a reservoir with limited materials.
